second dress = £18 new look
basically the same? and new look do a navy one! although topshop's navy one is better.. but i prefer the black :)
also i'm getting this dress for halloween, i'm being a vampire/dracula kinda thing, shall i wear lacey tights? or no tights?! helppppp

omg lovve these dresses! for halloween wear lacey tights but for everyday wear, u should wear just black sheer tights :)
